Cosy floating HOUSEBOAT studio in 'De Jordaan'

Welcome aboard the Amsterdam Houseboat Family!

We (Tom&Sergio) have two private self catering studios moored on a quiet canal in the Jordaan. With windows all around, you really get the feel you are floating on water!

The space
This nice and cosy studio comes with all the necessary amenities needed for a comfortable stay in Jordaan, Amsterdam’s most idyllic part of town.

Your stay in this studio is perfect for relaxing on a traditional houseboat, true Dutch style! The private room is equipped with everything you need to make you feel right at home. You’ll have your own private entrance, a double bed and ensuite (shower + toilet), a desk, and a small kitchenette with a microwave, fridge and tea/coffee facilities. Great for couples, solo adventurers, business travellers or friends that want to enjoy the city.

The houseboat is situated on the edge of the Jordaan one of the most picturesque areas of Amsterdam, laced with tree lined canals, small streets, full of unique shops, galeries, cafes and delicious restaurants and many terraces where one can sit and and enjoy the wonderful ambience of Amsterdam.

Also close by is The Westerpark, a very attractive park and if you walk through the park you will come across the Westergasfabriek an extremely interesting renovated factory from the 19th century which has been transformed into a culture park with many different events taking place.

Neighbourhood markets:
On the Lindengracht on Saturday and the Westerstraat on Monday morning colourful street markets take place, on Saturdays one can enjoy a delightful farmers market providing delicious biological and organic dutch products and on Monday an interesting, delightful antique market on the Noordermarkt (Northern market).
