Centre, canal view with private bathroom

This private room in a 1930s canal house offers a classic Amsterdam experience with a direct canal view from the first floor. The 22m² space includes a private shower and toilet, a king-size bed, a fridge, and coffee/tea facilities, making it ideal for couples or solo travellers who value privacy and comfort. The host greets you personally, and the room features a 53-inch TV, dedicated workspace, and central air conditioning. Note that the host requires a minimum 3-night stay, though 1- or 2-night stays may be possible by request. Located in Centrum-West, you are steps from the Jordaan and Anne Frank House, with easy access to trams and Central Station. The area buzzes with cafés, boutiques, and canal-side walks, but expect lively streets and occasional tourist crowds. This rental suits travellers who want a quiet, well-equipped base in the thick of the action, with a lock on the bedroom door and security cameras on property for peace of mind. Long-term stays are allowed, and luggage drop-off is available, adding flexibility for early arrivals or late departures.

Centrum-West puts you in the heart of Amsterdam's historic core, within walking distance of the Anne Frank House, Westerkerk, and the Nine Streets shopping district. The area is lively with cyclists and pedestrians, but the canal-side location offers a respite from the busiest streets. The nearby Amsterdam Public Library (OBA) provides a rooftop café with panoramic views, and the Oudezijds area southeast of Central Station is a short stroll away. Expect a mix of locals and tourists, with excellent tram connections to Museumplein and beyond.
