Casa la Rosa is a fully equipped classical Bed and Breakfast / Short Stay facility located close to the inner-city of Rotterdam and good connected with public transport. Casa la Rosa has a private bathroom and separated kitchen and its own balcony.

The space
LAYOUT
Casa La Rosa is a 35 m2 apartment located on the first level of an historic building and is facing the street. It is accessed via a shared staircase and has a private lockable front door that gives access to a small entrance hall. This hall, where you can hang your jackets, connects living room, kitchen and bathroom.
The living/bedroom is equipped with two single beds, that are covered standard as one double bed, and a TV with DVD. A black perforated wall unit hosts behind a "bedstee": sleeping-sofa in the centre, closet and washing machine on the sides. The bathroom has a shower, toilet and sink. ACTIVITIES
Rotterdam knows lots of summer festivals and other outings. Especially the smaller festivals are a good occasion to come to Rotterdam and stay at our B & B. In the mini apartment you will find all kinds of brochures, a map of Rotterdam and a calendar with lots of activities. In the park Heemraadsingel, around the corner from Casa La Rosa, the Singelding is located, a cozy place to drink a cup of coffee or to take part to the activities it organizes.
