Beautiful, spacious downtown apartment with a loungey, sunny garden. Strategically located; within a 5 minute walk straight into the city centre, and with metro and tram stops around the corner. Popular sites such as the well-known "Kralingse Woods/Pond", "Cubic Houses" and "Market Hall" all are at walking distance as well.

The garden is a perfect place for a barbecue and to relax on the loungey seats. The house offers a brand new kitchen opening to a cosy, spacious living room. Toilet and bathroom also have been renovated recently to give you all the comfort and luxury you need.
