Beautiful sunny appartment with one bedroom, big kitchen, nice bathroom and a cosy livingroom which consists of a beautiful round bay window. Balcony has sun from 2 to 10 pm in spring/summer. 2 Cats who need to be fed, so catlover is a must.

The space
Beautiful big bay window which makes it a very bright house. As the appartment is on the 3rd (and top floor) you have no people above you, so no noise pollution. The balcony at the back of the appartment has sun from 2 am to 10 pm in spring & summer and almost no wind which makes it a perfect place to sit.

Other things to note
Most important thing for me are my two little cats of almost 1 year, Lola and Sylvester. So the persons that will rent my house have to be cat lovers and have a sense of responsibility. They are very easy and playful. Whether you will play with them or not is up to you, but they do need to be fed and their litterbo

The neighbourhood is an upcoming area, which means that loads of cool pop-up stores, restaurants and clubs are being opened here, such as Bar Baarsch, Cafe Zurich, Bar Frits, Cafe Cook and De Marktkantine (club). Drug stores (Kruidvat & Etos) and supermarket are in 5 minutes walking distance.
