Is comfortably equipped for one person or snug for a couple. The bed (1.40 – 1.95) a small table with chairs, clothing hangers, coffee/tea maker and WIFI.

KITCHEN & GARDEN are private and not fully shared
CHECK-IN TIME is flexible, but on weekdays it might be a self check-in
CHECK-OUT TIME is flexible, and leaving luggage is always possible

Kijkduinstraat is situated on the border of the Westerpark and the vastly changing Bos & Lommer area. I enjoy both the calm living environment of this 1930'ties neighborhood as well as the vibrant city life at a 15 minutes distance. Over recent years new shops such as barista coffee houses and eateries are opening up. And the area has become the most popular area for house hunters with a good mix of affordability, space, green and live-busy balance.
Just down my street at a one minute walk you will find several local shops: bakers, butchers and a supermarket for your groceries. As well as a few local eateries such as Bistro Bos, NMAG, FUKU, Samen, OKO, Loving Hut, Mosaic, Bistro Bos blended in with neighborhood staples such as Bakkerij Dekker and old Dutch Café' Het Binnenpretje
