Attic room with a view over the river Maas

This small, basic room is at the front of the house, with a view over the Maas. Adjoining sitting room, for breakfast or relaxing, with sitting area, a large table with four chairs, a bookcase, games and crockery. There is also a coffee maker, kettle, toaster, microwave and a small fridge. You can have breakfast nearby and there are supermarkets. Paid parking in the street at €23 per day. Ask for P+R parking spaces on the border of the city.

The space
This room is intended for people who do not place high demands on luxury, but who do have comfort and cosiness. There is a single bed with a lower bed that can be extended to the same height. There is no fixed washbasin. Use of luxury bathroom, shared toilet and sitting room with any other guests. The window offers a view over the Maas and the characteristic high-rise buildings on the other side.
