A nice and spatious apartment in the centre of Rotterdam near de Nieuwe Binnenweg and de Witte de Withstraat. The neighbourhood is called Rotterdam-West: a dynamic and creative neighbourhood which is known for its divers and open minded inhabitants.
The space
This 75m2 apartment is located on a street parallel to the Nieuwe Binnenweg. It is very spacious apartment with a fully equipped kitchen, a very good sound system and a balcony.
There is a double bed and a spare room. By request it is possible to create a second sleeping area (on the couch).
Within a 10-15 min range you can find many restaurants and bars, the Kunsthal, Boijmans van Beuningen, Historical Delfshaven, Euromast, Erasmusbrug, Hotel New York, Montevideo and many other interesting features of Rotterdam.
Public transport is only 2-5 minutes away (tram, bus, metro). Rotterdam Central Station is within 10minutes reach, and form there you are only 45minutes away from Amsterdam and Utr
