Amsterdam Special Watervilla

This private room in a houseboat offers a unique Amsterdam experience for couples or small groups of up to four. The watervilla is moored in Centrum-Oost, right in the city center yet feels like a quiet retreat on the water. You can swim from the deck, sunbathe, or enjoy the panoramic harbor and garden views from inside. The host greets you personally and provides pocket wifi and luggage dropoff, making arrival smooth. With a washer in the building and room-darkening shades, it's practical for longer stays. The space includes a living area with a sofa bed and a shared kitchen, ideal for travelers who want to cook some meals while exploring nearby attractions like NEMO, Nieuwmarkt, and Central Station on foot or by bike.

Centrum-Oost places you steps from Amsterdam's top sights: Dam Square, Nieuwmarkt, and the waterfront NEMO science museum are all within a 10-minute walk. The area buzzes with cafes, markets, and historic streets, yet the houseboat's location on the water feels secluded. Your host will share local favorites and hidden gems, from secret courtyards to VIP-friendly spots, helping you navigate like a local. Bikes are the best way to explore, but most central destinations are easily reachable on foot.
