We inform our future clients: that,after each guest, we change all the covers and towels in the room and we also disinfect all the furniture. And when a new guests arrives, there is a bottle of hand sanitizer,that will be used every time you enter our property, and it's not recommended to touch kitchen utensils unnecessarily.
The room can host groups of 2 maximum 4. Do not request extra guest as the city law allows only 4 guests.

The space
This is not a luxury property but well located.(16 century building) The room (15m2) for 4 people, 1st floor, wooden floor, 4 single beds, sofa, table, wardrobe, LCD TV and free WiFi, ideal for friends.You must climp 28 steps.
We live here with 2 people and a great cat.
The bathroom toilet is outside the room.

Guest access
You can sit in the living room and use the kitchen.Most of the time we will not be at home, because of our work.

The place is extremely central...
The station is two minutes aways from the house.
If you have been to Amsterdam already once, than you will easly get to the fact that the house is situated just between the red light district, the rembrandt square , the dam and the leidsesquare.
The house is situated in the ore city center so it is always crowded and all the amusements are pret a porte' .
Because it is situated in a small alley , just aside the main road, you will not even suffer by too much nuisance.
Supermarkets and restaurants and bars are just across the street.
