High ceilings, wooden floors and a fireplace. Two balconies, 3 bedrooms in the attic, a study filled with books, light and comfort in a leafy avenue in Rotterdam's finest neighborhood, Kralingen. The apartment is on first (not ground) and second floor with its own staircase. It's quiet, across a primary school, a church and the mayor's residence, but the city center within reach: a 10-minute bike ride or a few metro or tram stops.
The space
This house was built a school in 1850, and has been renovated rigorously in 2017.
Other things to note
There is sufficient parking space in the neighbouring streets (EUR 9
per day on weekdays 9am - 6pm, free on weekends). Public transport is
just a few minutes’ walk away. The City Centre, Central Station,
supermarkets and shops are all within easy reach. There is a (guarded)
playground for young kids close by.<
