★ 3BR ★ FAMILY APARTMENT ★ SUNNY ROOFTOP TERRACE ★

This bright and spacious two-story apartment in Amsterdam's De Baarsjes neighborhood is ideal for families seeking a calm, residential base near the city center. The standout feature is a sunny rooftop terrace with an outdoor shower, perfect for relaxing on warm summer evenings. The apartment sleeps four and includes a full kitchen, washer, and TV, while the host provides a personal welcome to help you settle in. Note that the unit is on the third and fourth floors with no elevator, so it's best suited for guests comfortable with stairs. Public transport is excellent, with trams and buses connecting you to Dam Square in about 15 minutes, making it easy to explore Amsterdam's museums, canals, and nightlife without staying in the tourist crowds.

De Baarsjes, part of Oud-West, is a lively urban village with a multicultural vibe. You'll find cozy coffee shops, playgrounds, and local boutiques along the main streets, while green spaces like Erasmuspark offer room to unwind. The area is popular with young families and creatives, giving it a dynamic yet relaxed atmosphere. With tram stops nearby, you can reach central Amsterdam in minutes, but the neighborhood itself has plenty of restaurants and markets for a low-key evening.
