2 bedrooms in family house near the beach

A warm welcome in our private house for and people who need an overnight stay with no hassle. We are flexible and like to meet the people who stay with us so please ask about the different options. Please note that in case we are at home, the bigger kitchen is available in common use (we'll let you know before your booking). You will have a private floor with a living room, 1 bedroom, bathroom, separate toilet and terrace. Coffee, tea, basic facilities are available in your private fridge.

The space
We have available 1 living room with a double bed and one bedroom with a double bed, private bathroom and toilet are at the same floor. In fact, the first floor is exclusive for our guests. When we are home, we sleep at the top floor and the bigger kitchen is only available when we are not at home. We need to walk over the first floor to go to our top floor.
We suggest to take the well organized breakfasts buffets at the beach (all-you-can-eat concepts at 8-10

We live in a child friendly but touristic area. Playground and animal farm in front of the house. Beach at 100 m. Public transports in front of the house and city center nearby. (tram 1 and 9)
