We are Zoku and we’d love to be your award-winning home-base in the centre of Amsterdam. We focus on providing a home for business travellers from innovative and fast-growing companies worldwide.

Zoku is a relaxed place to live, work and socialize with like-minded people while getting wired into the city.

The space
The 30m2 Zoku Loft XL sets new standards in the intelligent use of space. As a living/working hybrid, it can be easily adjusted to become cozy, business-like or something in between.

In a regular hotel room or studio apartment, the bed always dominates. At Zoku, a big kitchen table serves as focal point. Use it to work across time zones, host dinner parties or gently rest your head after making a deadline. You decide. Then feel free to change your mind. The same goes for swapping the art on your walls, after which you can enjoy the view from your comfy Muuto design furniture.

"Zoku is very conveniently located in the Eastern Canal District, in the heart of Amsterdam. On arterial ""Weesperstraat"", the building is easily accessible by car, bicycle and public transport (only a 3 minute walk to metros, busses and trams!). Being 10 minutes away from the Central Station by metro and 15 minutes from the city's business districts, the ""RAI"" and the ""Zuidas"" (South Axis), it's truly a hub from which any important location in the city can be easily reached. Zoku is also within cuddling distance of the city's main cultural, entertainment and shopping areas.
Wish to explore the city the Amsterdam way? We have bikes for rent that will give you the freedom to roam wherever you want, whilst blending in with the locals. Our Sidekicks know all there is to know about the city's hidden gems and local places-to-be. Just give them a little nudge, they love to pass on local knowledge!"
