This family home of 133m2 is located on a perfect spot within the ring of Amsterdam. It stands in a quiet residential area and the metro station is just 5 minutes walk away. By metro you are at central station within 5 minutes, which is the inner city of Amsterdam.

We live in a quiet residential area within the city ring of Amsterdam. Many families with small children live here and several playgrounds (like slides, trampolines, water pump etc.) have been set up in the neighborhood. Furthermore there is a big shopping centre within 10 min walking distance, which has all the shops you need, including multiple grocery stores. For the coolest shops and restaurants you are in the city centre of Amsterdam within 5 min by metro.

The canal district is now a Unesco World Heritage Site and should not be missed. Here you’ll find lots of attractions like the famous Van Gogh museum, Rijksmuseum, Anne Frank House, canal boot tours and much more.
The Netherlands is not that big so it’s easy to travel through it. Swimmingpool Noorderparkbad (inside and outside) is only 7 minutes by bike and Zandvoort by the sea is about 30 minutes with public transport from the central station.
