Townhouse with sunny backyard near central station

Our recently renovated house is situated in calm yet vibrant and upcoming Amsterdam North, close to the action and at the same time it is easy to forget your worries in our spacious and serene home

Central Station and the buzz of the city centre are at 10 minutes walking distance (including a 5-minute ride on the 24/7 ferry). Amsterdam North's favourite bars and restaurants are nearby.

Up to four persons are welcome, if an air-mattress is requested. Billing is however for only two persons.

The space
The hallway of our private residential home (106m2) is connected to four rooms at the ground floor:
(i) a living room (including couch and television) connected to a fully equipped and cosy kitchen with diner table (including fridge, oven, dishwasher, induction cooker, pans, cutlery, quooker, etc.);
(ii) a secluded study with a standing desk and monitor (connectable via HDMI);
(iii) a bathroom with shower and sink; and

Amsterdam North is a calm yet vibrant and upcoming part of the city. It is a creative playground with nature, culture and activity., accessible in a matter of minutes thanks to the city's free ferry services. Often described by visitors as a village within a city. From scenic cycle routes to bustling street markets, parks and Europe's highest swing (at the Amsterdam Tower), you will find tons to keep you entertained, including bars and restaurants.
