The space
Very tastefully renovated 4-room apartment of approximately 90m² located on the first floor with its own entrance. Striking features are a spacious, sunny living room with a luxurious open kitchen, 3 spacious bedrooms, a luxurious bathroom, a separate toilet and a balcony.

Guest access

The apartment is located in the heart of the Rivierenbuurt - a super safe and quiet neighborhood. It is in walking distance to the Rai (5 min), the Pijp (10 min), Albert Cuypmarket (10 min), Museumsquare (25 min), the next coffeeshop (5 min). The tram 4 stops in front of our home which takes you directly to all key locations in the City. For example, Rembrandplein, the Dam square, and Amsterdam Central station.

You’ll find a great variety of restaurants, cafes, and shops at your doorstep. I have been living in the area for 10 years and have so many tips! We are excited to share these with you so you can enjoy Amsterdam as a local!
