Light studio appartement with sunny garden. The neighbourhood is known for it's many artists and has a very old (1800's) centre. The Maastunnel will take you 10 minutes on bicycle to historic Delfshaven and 15 minutes to the city centre of Rotterdam. Take the Ferry to Katendrecht (6 minutes) and you will find yourself in the urban industrial part of the city with many restaurants & bars.
The ‘Zuiderpark’ is at walking distance and grocery shops are around the corner.
Beach at 40min drive by car
The space
Spacious studio apartment with very high ceiling. Nice and cool in the summer, cosy in the winter. Flatscreen with USB connection. Wireless connection (Chromecast) between your phone/ iPad and television to watch Netflix or YouTube for example. Rain-shower, separate toilet.
Guest access
The groundfloor studio has it’s own entrance. You can also enter the garden and have a nice Bbq If you like (bbq available) or Enjoy your espresso

The ‘Kralingse plas en bos’ (large lake and forest in the city) is 35minutes on bike and great to rent a boat or SUP.
