Amsterdam South: Olympic Quarter. This modern and extremely comfortable FLOATING house is located in what used to be the old Olympic outdoor pool, next to the Olympic Stadium. Very central with It's 5 min bike ride to the Vondel park and 10 min bike ride to Museum Square. House is situated in a scenic atmosphere with all amenities in reach. Bright house with garden, floating dock plus roof terrace for all day and night pleasures. Beautiful scenic views throughout all of the house.

The space
On the street you will enter through a wooden door to our garden and hour house boat. You see directly the front door of our house. While you enter you have a small hall where you can hang your coats. The door to the right is the toilet/washroom and the door straight is to the living. Left stairs is acces to the main bedroom with bathroom attached. Up the stairs left is the kitchen. From the living room you take the stairs right down to the bedroom of our son as well his bat

Our neighboorhood is very comfortable and safe. It is the Olympic area thus a lot of sport is played. We have swimming, tennis courts, profesional rubber running track you may use any time. Soccer fields and islands close by.
