Our house is a really great family house. The area is quite and residential. By tram you can very easily go to the centre. If you want to cycle you have to make a bit of a detour through Amsterdam East. But this part of Amsterdam is the best part of the city because it is not yet so touristic, but still very multicultural, vibrant and hip. We can give you list of all the places to visit that are off track and happening. Just on the other side of the IJ there is Amsterdam North.... The most upcoming part of town.
