Welcome to my beautiful and unique house in Amsterdam! Peaceful and surrounded in green, living within the city of Amsterdam, that's quite special!
Spacious and well laid out 3-room apartment on the ground floor, private entrance, private garden in a neat complex in the bustling Amsterdam East! The city is around the corner, living in nature across the Flevopark, what else do you want more?!

The space

-The living room is spacious, bright and garden-oriented, the garden is privately owned and overlooks the green of the Flevopark. The sliding doors bringing the outdoor life inside. From the complete, semi-open kitchen you can overlook the water and green. The bathroom is fully equipped with both a bathtub and a shower. The master bedroom is accessible through the

*The area:
You will find this bright, well-arranged apartment in the popular Indian neighborhood in Amsterdam East. The area has undergone a major transformation in recent years. Many facilities have been added, making it even better to be here!
You can go to a diverse range of nice bars and restaurants such as Wilde Zwijnen, Superette, Hartje Oost, Bar Basquiat, Drovers Dog, Walters, Studio K, Wilde Zwijnen, and of course, Brouwerij 't IJ.
You can do your daily shopping at various supermarkets around the corner ( Javastraat) and the daily Dappermarkt (Monday-Saturday). The neighborhood also has two city parks (Flevopark, opposite of the house, and Oosterpark) and a shopping area (Oostpoort). There are excellent tram and bus connections in front of the house, with Muiderpoort train station a few minutes walk away. The A10 ring road is also an 8-minute drive away, and you can park in front of the door ( paid parking). In short, a fantastic place to be!
