The space
This unique 110 m2 ‘loft’ apartment is 40 meters long and a one floor apartment (no stairs). The apartment is located on the fourth floor and can be reached by an elevator to the third floor and one staircase. The apartment consists of two parts that are connected by means of the (terracotta painted) corridor in the middle of the apartment. The apartment has an outdoor area (roof terrace and balcony) of 30 m2 with sunshine all day.
