Stunning houseboat in center of Amsterdam

This 1920s houseboat offers a unique and stylish stay on the Amstel River, ideal for couples or small families (sleeps 4) who want a central base with a difference. The interior is completely modernized, blending historic charm with contemporary comfort. Standout amenities include waterfront views, outdoor furniture for relaxing by the water, and a self check-in for flexible arrival. The location is perfect for culture lovers: it's steps from the Carré Theatre, the iconic Amstel Hotel, and a 10-minute walk to the Opera House and the lively Albert Cuyp market. With WiFi, cooking basics, and a hot water kettle, you can easily mix dining out at nearby Lempica café with casual meals on board. The boat's window guards and room-darkening shades add comfort and privacy, making it a peaceful retreat in the heart of Amsterdam's Centrum-Oost neighborhood.

Centrum-Oost places you right on the Amstel River, surrounded by Amsterdam's cultural highlights. The famous Carré Theatre and Amstel Hotel are your neighbors, while Lempica café on the corner serves breakfast, lunch, dinner, and cocktails. Two supermarkets and the bustling Albert Cuyp market are within walking distance, perfect for picking up fresh produce if you want to cook on the boat. The Opera House and flea market are just a 10-minute stroll away, giving you a vibrant, central base with a local feel.
