Situated in the Noord-Oost district, this accommodation provides convenient access to Amsterdam's vibrant core. A short five-minute walk brings you to the Underground station, from where a quick 10-minute, two-stop journey connects you directly to Amsterdam Centraal Station, making city exploration effortless.

The 2 rooms are on the same floor where the bathroom and toilet are. So the entire floor is practically yours. We are about 15 min. away from the Amsterdam city center, and the house is easy to achieve by Underground (10 min 2 stops) from the central station. The Underground is on 5 min walking from the house.
The space
The room is in a modern building. There is a huge shopping mall with all kinds of shops right in front of the house. The area is quiet. Guests may use the kitchen to prepare little meals and breakfast. They can also store food or drinks in the fridge.

SpazioArte 2 is registered as a B&B in Amsterdam. The rules that Amsterdam sets for B&B are that the landlord is present in the house during the rental. Although B&B suggests that breakfast is offered, I have decided not to, because in my experience the guests almost always plan their own breakfast outside.
