Spazio Arte 2 Rooms max. 4 persons

The 2 rooms are on the same floor where the bathroom and toilet are. So the entire floor is practically yours. We are about 15 min. away from the Amsterdam city center, and the house is easy to achieve by Underground (10 min 2 stops) from the central station. The Underground is on 5 min walking from the house.

The space
The room is in a modern building. There is a huge shopping mall with all kinds of shops right in front of the house. The area is quiet. Guests may use the kitchen to prepare little meals and breakfast. They can also store food or drinks in the fridge.

Other things to note
SpazioArte 2 is registered as a B&B in Amsterdam. The rules that Amsterdam sets for B&B are that the landlord is present in the house during the rental. Although B&B suggests that breakfast is offered, I have decided not to, because in my experience the guests almost always plan their own breakfast outside. There is a huge shopping mall with all kinds of shops right in front of the house. Behind the house after the parc, there is the old dike with typical old Dutch houses and a nice bar/ restaurant 'Het Sluisje' on 5 min walking. The countryside is also nearby and a bicycle ride there is very nice.
