A nice & new family townhouse in a popular neighborhood in Amsterdam. The spacious house (184m2) is yours and has four floors! The garden and the private parking space can be used by you as well. You enter on the ground floor where the kitchen and dining room is. The living room is on the first floor. The house has two bathrooms and three toilets. We prefer families, adults or couples to stay in our house. It is very well possible to stay here with a larger family with children.

The space
The house has high speed internet & wifi, large TV, Netflix. It is the perfect place to come home and relax after a day of sightseeing.
We are sure you will enjoy your stay.

Guest access
All floors, rooms and garden are yours, expect for one storage room on the 2th floor.
Our family car, a shiny blue 2017 Skoda Octavia Combi is available to use through a local private App-rental contract (Snappcar).

Other things to note
We

The garden and neighborhood offers you a place to relax. The one street at the back of the house is only used by residents. Kids can play safely in the neighborhood.
There are many nice restaurants and cafes around the corner. You can use the canoe on the canal right behind the house that leads directly to the Amstel/Center.
