Our spacious, stylishly decorated house is fully furnished. With a south-facing garden, a brand new kitchen, a bubble bath and a fully equipped study you will enjoy Amsterdam to the fullest. Staying here is a perfect mix of nature and hustle and bustle, with the NDSM (industrial art-district) just steps away and nature reserve Twiske around the corner.

Our house is a real residence, so not just for rental. That means that our super sweet, cuddly cat Jip also likes to be fed and taken care of!

The space
There are two bedrooms, both with a double bed. There is a good opportunity to work, as there is an enclosed room that can be used as an office. With an adjustable desk, an extra screen and a laptop stand at your disposal. The kitchen is brand new and fully equipped, including a coffee maker, oven, toaster and soda stream. The bathroom has a lovely whirlpool tub and a separate shower. In the south-facing garden, you can read a book while enjoying the sil

The Tuindorp-Oostzaan neighborhood truly has "the best of both worlds". The bustling NDSM with its street art, art studios, fun bars and flea markets is just around the corner (5 to 10 min). Here you also take the ferry to the center within 10 min. So if you like, you are right in the buzz of the city, but on the other hand you can also get a breath of fresh air in the Twiske nature reserve. Enjoy a typical Dutch rural view with windmills. You can enjoy hiking and swimming in the summer.

Furthermore, our house is not far from the ring road and you can park for free. One of the few places in Amsterdam where that is still possible. The bus also stops in front of the door and has a good connection to Schiphol Airport and Central Station.
