Large 2 story house (125 m2) with very spacious garden suitable for couples or (young families). The house has three bedrooms: one master bedroom with a large double bed and two kids roomse (for up to 3 persons). Fully renovated 2 years ago, our house is equipped with a modern kitchen with bar, a dining area, a kids play room and a garden to enjoy (quite unique for Amsterdam!).
The house is located in a family oriented neighborhood, with all the important facilities within walking distence like supermarkets, a great coffee-bar, lovely wine bar and close to other area's like the center! Close to public transportation you will get around the city in no-time. Hopefully you love our city and home as much as we do 💙

Rivierenbuurt is a nice family friendly neighbourhood, and close to the center by bike/tram/subway. Bars/Coffeeplaces/Supermarkets are around the corner.

Bike distance: our house is also situated near the Pijp, one of the most cosmopolitan and vibrant districts of Amsterdam. The Pijp is brimming with fantastic cafés, restaurants, and bars. The famous Albert Cuyp market and Heineken brewery 10 minutes by bike! The house is also close to the Amstel river, make sure to do a boat trip to experience Amsterdam from the water! Conference center Rai is within walking distance.
