The space
Downstairs you will find the fully equipped kitchen, the toilet and the living room with tv, sofa and another dining table. The living area gives access to the garden where you can enjoy the free view over a small park and have a coffee or glass of wine near the fosse.

Upstairs are the three bedrooms and the bathroom. The master bedroom has a double bed, and the other 2 (kids) bedrooms have single beds.

There are plenty of toys on both floors, and there are also 2 high children's chairs. There is also a camping bed available. The stairs can be closed by a safety gate.

Guest access
You have free access to the ground floor and first floor.

Other things to note
There are no parties allowed. The house is available for a family with kids or couples/2 friends who take care of the house.

The house is located near the Noorderpark and historical dike houses, along the canal that brings you to the center and free ferry.

The supermarket and other shops are a 6-minute walk away and the NDSM werf with many restaurants and cafes are 2km away. On Saturdays, you can visit the market at van der Pekmarkt. And when you have a bike, you are in 5 minutes outside the city and surrounded by cows and farms.

The location offers you all there is to do at the city center, the quiet residential area, and some Amsterdam nature.
