It is a new-build home, measuring over 125 m2. 4 bedrooms, 3 of which can be used. 1 bedroom with a box spring of 180x200. 1 children's room with a bed of 80x200. 1 guest room (on the second floor) with an Auping bed of 160x200.

The kitchen is equipped with a large fridge and freezer, dishwasher, oven, combi-microwave, cooker, and no less than 2 coffee machines (so that coffee lovers have something to choose from).

The garden has a seating and dining area. In summer, plenty of fruit grows: raspberries, kiwis, peaches, pear

The house is located in a residential area, near the nature reserve Het Twiske. It borders a car-free street.
