Zuid is a polished, business-oriented district anchored by the Zuidas financial center and Station Zuid, a major transport hub with direct trains to Schiphol Airport and Amsterdam Central. It’s quieter than the historic center but offers upscale dining, the Beatrixpark, and quick tram access to Museumplein and Vondelpark. The area feels modern and residential, ideal for travelers who prefer a less touristy vibe with easy connections to the rest of the city.
