Spacious and relaxing apartment in Rotterdam

Welcome to our cozy home! It's a modernised 1930's apartment with a lot of character, art and quirky details. With 3 floors our home is quite spacious (120 square meter) and it breathes a calm and relaxing atmosphere due to our minimalist but colourful style. You will love cooking in our fully equipped wooden kitchen. While you cook its very tempting for others to join you at the 'bar' side of the kitchen island.

The space
On the first floor you find a large open plan kitchen with a bar and the living room with tv, record player, large diner table and a separate toilet. On the second floor there is another separate toilet, a bathroom with bath and shower, one spacious and light bedroom with a double bed (140 cm) with balcony facing morning sun, a small bed room with cod and another bedroom with a double bed (140 cm) and balcony.

The apartment has a total of 3 balconies with plenty of space to hang out (one with hammock), chill, have dinner, etc.

We live in the heart of the cute neighbourhood Oud-Charlois, which is a stones-throw away from the large Zuiderpark, Zuidplein with a huge indoor swimming pool, a theatre and a mall and Ahoy for concerts. We are also close to the 'Maastunnel' which is accessible for both bikes, cars and pedestrians which connects our part of Rotterdam (South) to the centre of Rotterdam. The neighbourhood is friendly and residential. We love and appreciate (after living in noisy streets) how quiet it is here!
