Smaakvol appartement met patio

Situated in a very nice neighbourhood, spitting distance from the city centre. Trams on a 5 minute walk. Within walking distance of nice restaurants and cafes, supermarket, bakery, butcher and only 10 minutes by bike to the beach of Scheveningen.
The apartment has a private patio and all the necessary amenities: WIFI, TV (also in bedroom) and a fully equiped kitchen (quooker).
This is my home so you will find some of my possessions around. In the bedroom (bedsize: 160x200) there is no wardrobe!

The space
An open plan and fully renovated cosy appartement on the lower floor of a beautiful building. There are some stairs to enter the appartment. Not wheelchair accessible!

Guest access
There is a closed - private - space in the appartement.

Other things to note
Between 23:00 and 10:00 the noise level should be low. This is to prevent nuisance for the neighbours. No party's!!
