Room in unique and charming houseboat in Amsterdam

The space
I like being a host and have the beautiful experience of sharing part of my houseboat with visitors. I am quite keen on a proper house so you may expect it to be very clean and cosy (see reviews?)

The Oostelijk Havengebied is an urban residential area in a water-rich environment (in summer there is plenty of swimming). The area borders the center with, among other things, the lively Czaar Peterstraat (in 2015, the best shopping street in the Netherlands). With lots of small companies from the creative sector, workshops, coffee shops and restaurants. Within walking distance are 'Panama', the 'Lloyd Hotel', shopping mall Brazil, Amsterdam Roest, Theater Fabriek Amsterdam and Amsterdam Convention Factory, Brewery 't IJ and the Funenpark. The old center and Central Station are a few minutes by bike. You are also at tram 26 in three stops at the Central Station. Tram 10 to Artis, Rijksmuseum and Leidseplein stops around the corner. The A10 ring road can be reached in a few minutes via the Piet Hein tunnel. From the Zeeburgerkade there are numerous hiking and hard routes possible. Rent a SUP board or a sloop around the corner and discover Amsterdam from the water!
