Sitting on deck or peeking through the portholes you will enjoy the wide views over the river Amstel with its beautiful sunsets. The houseboat is spacious and has a very romantic bedroom, well equipped kitchen and a renovated bathroom.
With the famous 5-star hotel Amstel just at your right hand side and the area De Pijp, Waterloo Plein and Rembrandt plein at a stroll away, you are located in a central though peaceful area. Plenty of restaurants, shops and bars are around the corner.
The space
This houseboat used to be a sailing vessel built in 1898. It sailed all around the European rivers, transporting cereals until it was transformed into a houseboat in 1954.
The living room is spacious and bright with large roof windows and several portholes. It is well equipped with a large dining table, a sofa, arm chair, bench, and an authentic wood burner. Some other authentic details are still visible, like the original wooden floor and the mast base.
