The house is located at a beautiful, peaceful street close to the Maasstraat. The Maasstraat is known for its wide selection of specialty stores like butchers, bakeries and greengrocers. There is also a wide selection of hip restaurants and coffee corners. Next to that it's close to the Rai congress, an exhibition centre and to the Pijp Area with the famous Albert Cuyp market.
