Quiet & spacious family home with view on Amstel!

A new built family house (130 sqm), finished March 2016 with a beautiful view on the Amstel. You are in a quiet place very near to the Pijp and city centre. Metro- and train station are a 5 minute walk (10 minutes to central station).

After you have visited the sites of Amsterdam, you can have a drink in the front garden or have a picnic at the water's edge and see the sun set over Amsterdam, while the kids play around on the lawns in front of our house.

The house has a private garage.

The space
It is a new house, that we built together with our neigbours. We finished it in March 2016 and we are happy to share it with you. It is a spacious and light house, with a terrace in the back and a garden in front, with a beautiful unabstructed view of the Amstel, where you can catch the last sunrays of the evening.

Guest access
You will have acces to the whole house, a parking space for one car is available upon request.
