Very good connected by bus. You can reach the old city centre by bike in 5 minutes. It's just a 10 minutes walk to Haarlemmer Plein, the beginning of the old city center. As the appartement is situated in the ground floor it is suited for people with impaired mobility. Children welcome.

Our area is one of the finest in Amsterdam, because it is part of the city center, but just out of the touristcrowd in the inner city center. By bike or even walking you will reach the center easily.
The main street for daily shopping is round the corner. There you find several restaurants, take away and supermarkets. Amenities nearby include breakfast cafes, take away/delivery shops, supermarkets & restaurants, all within a ten-minute walk radius.

Our part of the city was built at the end of the 19th century to house the workers of the haven. It is famous for the extremly beautiful architecture called "Amsterdamse School". The museum to that style is round the corner.
