Small (18m2) but comfortable studio with private entrance, bathroom and kitchenette with micro wave and one portable induction hob (you can warming up food but not cooking) fridge, coffee machine and a cooker. You have your own patio and parking space for bycicle and for your car at additional costs. It is well located, only 5 min from the well known neighbourhood De Pijp. You are in 10 min in the middle of the city centre because metro (Spaklerweg) and train (Amstelstation) are very nearby.

The space
Basically it is a tiny appartment with a patio in our house but with private entrance. The room, bathroom, and kitchenette are very comfortable, clean and private. It is all your own. The room has floor heating. The bed is for two persons (180cmx200cm). It is possible to detach the beds in two single beds. Please ask for this. There is fast internet and a desk where you can work.

We live in a quiet transformation area of Amsterdam. Our new build house stands in a park setting very near to the city center. We don't have cars in front of the house but a walking area and water where you can see boats coming by, geese and ducks. It is a hidden treasure with a very good connection to all parts of Amsterdam because of the close proximity of metro and train. In 30 min you can walk to the city center.
