Private Room in Townhouse , we prefer women

At this moment Do, the mother, lives in this house alone with Dolly the cat. There are two bedrooms for guests with one double bed. Bedroom A. and bedroom B with one extra single bed. The house is situate d in a great area with restaurants, shops, museums, public transport, park for work out around the corner. Kitchen and bathroom are shared, in the living you have your own section. Do sometimes uses the frontroom and resides in the attic

The space
The house has 100 square meters, a large living with a kitchen, a dining table a television room. The living is upstairs and downstairs are the bedrooms and bathroom. There are three bedrooms but at the moment we have bedroom A available, look at the photo's.

Our house is situated in the PIJP area, a popular, outgoing, cosy area in the middle of Amsterdam. With lots of cafés, shops and restaurants in the street and around the corner. Sarphatipark at the corner, the albert cuyp market 2 minutes away, public

The PIJP area is 10 minutes walking away from the real center, the center is the canalzone. It is an unique area and growing in popularity with lots of restaurants and bars and shops and the Albert Cuyp market is around the corner. It is an artist area where lots of mucisions and writers live.
