Private room in a stylish apartment near citybeach

The room is situated in an apartment in the new and trendy residential area called IJburg. It's well connected to Central Station by tram #26 (18 mins / no transfers). As there is no 24/7 lobby, make sure that we agree on a check in time. I'll be welcoming you.

The space
The private bedroom offers you all the basics; a new comfortable bed with a combination of (hard) cold foam and pocket spring matrass, a desk with chair, fridge for own use, a wardrobe and a LED TV with internet connection. For hot summerdays I provide a ventilator, an aircon is not necessary because the room is situated on the cold side of the apartment. For rainy days you can borrow an umbrella. The apartment is situated in a new, safe and peaceful residential area of Amsterdam which is great after spending your time in de busy city center. You can reach Central Station by tram 26 in 18 minutes. The tram stop is right in front of my building. Nearby there are several restaurants, bars, supermarkets, a harbour and other facilities. Right beneath the apartment block there is an Espresso bar on the corner with the best coffee of IJburg. Also there is a beach called Blijburg and a park on walking distance from the apartment.
