Nice & cosy apartment very central (longterm)

This great apartment has two floors (63 m2) and is located in the Centre of Amsterdam, in the popular neighbourhood 'Oud West'.
This area is very popular omongst locals, it is a family neighborhood and located very centered. There are many nice restaurants, bars, coffee places around the corner.
It's a 1 minute walk to the Vondelpark, close to the famous Leidse Square and well reached by Public Transport.

The space
The livingroom is situated on the 3th floor, together with the kitchen and a toilet. The kitchen is fully equiped.

The bedroom (with double bed) is situated on the fourth floor, as well as a bathroom. The bathroom has a shower, a toilet, a washing machine and dryer.

My stairs are steep- not compared to other apartments in Amsterdam.:). To bring up heavy suitcases might be challanging

You can find various restaurants, cool bars, a supermarket, a night shop, several ATM's and nice stores just around the corner. The famous Vondelpark is just a 1 minute walk, here you can enjoy a nice walk, a pick-nick or some events (during the summer). The city centre is just a 15 min. walk.
