The space
We have a boutique suite (newly built) on the ground floor of our three story townhouse. Our townhouse has an urban/industrial/wharf feel, has 3 floors which are connected via an internal staircase, living area with kitchen on the first floor, bedrooms on the ground- first-and second floor. The ground floor, facing the private parking lot with private neighbourhood garden, is rebuilt into a boutique suite which can also be redecorated as a photostudio.
