Maria Centre Apartement in a quiet location

It is wonderful to share a nice place with others. I offer an apartment of 28 m2 on the first floor in my cozy house in the centre of Amsterdam. It is located in a quiet street very near to the beautiful museums of Amsterdam: Rijksmuseum, Van Gogh, Stedelijk museum, Foam and the Hermitage. All within 10 minutes walk. The Anne Frankhuis is about 15 minutes walk. The canals are around the corner. The neighborhood is full of restaurants, pubs, nice shops and the famous Albert Cuyp market.

The space
Het appartement heeft een kleine slaapkamer, een woonkamer met een kitchenette en een fijne badkamer. In de keuken zit een magnetron, een ijskast en geen kookplaat.

Het appartement ligt op de 1ste verdieping en heeft een eigen trap.

Other things to note
Het appartement wordt voor gebruik goed schoongemaakt en ontsmet met het oog op het COVID-19 virus. Het contact met de host is altijd met een afstand van 1 1/2

Het huis ligt heel centraal in het centrum van Amsterdam. De buurt zit vol gezellige eet- en koffietentjes, restaurantjes, cafe's, de markt en bijna alle musea op nog geen 10 minuten lopen. Toch is de straat heerlijk rustig.
