Luxury rooftop apartment with private hottub.

Hi all,

This place is marked on airbnb as a private room, technically it is, but it is NOT.
You have your OWN floor with a kitchenette, bathroom, toilet, 2 terraces, bedroom and a hottub on the terrace.
Your apartment is on the 5 th floor, we (Sander & Kim) live on the 4 th floor.
We just share one stairs, outside of the living area, so you have total privacy.
Normally this advertisement is listed as whole apartment, but for bureaucratic reasons i have to list it as a private room.

The space
We designed this top floor apartment for having the best and most relax experience in Amsterdam.
The studio is around 50 square meters and has two terraces, one with a private hottub. Where you can enjoy the morning sun, and at night the moon and the stars. You will wonder if you are in Amsterdam or Bali. At the other terrace you can lay down on the sunbeds, enjoying the skyline of Amsterdam and the magical sunset.

The Amstel river, is very close by. And at the riverside you can enjoy the sunset and the terraces and restaurants. In summertime people even swim there. You will feel the real Amsterdam vibe there. In the neighborhood there are lost of bars and restaurants.
The centrum of Amsterdam is close by. By metro it's 6 min. By foot around 20 min walking. (walking to the metro stop is 2 min)
