Freshly renovated 3 story, 140 m2 family home in a cosy, peaceful street in Amsterdam-Noord. The house is perfect for families with (young) children. Free parking, 10 minutes by bike to the famous NDSM Wharf, full of restaurants and cultural highlights. Central Amsterdam is just across the water, accessible via all day ferries.
The house features a huge sofa pit, a modern open kitchen, a garden with BBQ, a deluxe bathroom with double shower, 4 bedrooms and a dedicated children's bedroom.
The space
The house is 140 square meters, spread over 3 floors. We have a cozy sitting area with a large sofa, open kitchen, toilet, cloakroom and fireplace on the ground floor. There are two children's chairs at our dining table. Our house has a south-facing garden at the rear with sun all day.
Upstairs we have a double bedroom and two children's bedrooms with cots and toys. Next to that is our spacious bathroom with a big bath, toilet and double shower.
