Free parking, 10 minutes by bike to the famous NDSM Wharf, full of restaurants and cultural highlights. Central Amsterdam is just across the water, accessible via all day ferries.

The space
The house is 140 square meters, spread over 3 floors. We have a cozy sitting area with a large sofa, open kitchen, toilet, cloakroom and fireplace on the ground floor. There are two children's chairs at our dining table. Our house has a south-facing garden at the rear with sun all day.

Upstairs we have a double bedroom and two children's bedrooms with cots and toys. Next to that is our spacious bathroom with a big bath, toilet and double shower.

Oostzanerwerf is a neighborhood in the Amsterdam North district.

Oostzanerwerf borders Kadoelen, Twiske-West, Twiske-Oost and Tuindorp Oostzaan. In addition, it is close to Landsmeer and Oostzaan. It is easy to reach by bicycle, car and bus. The neighborhood is located near nature reserve Het Twiske.

Our street has the tranquility of a village, but is also very close to the NDSM wharf. There are many nice restaurants here and you can also take the ferry to Amsterdam Central Station here.

Close to our house you can drive or cycle to the Twiske nature reserve. Here you can swim, walk, run and there are also a few nice places to have lunch or drink coffee, such as an old mill.

A 5-minute walk away you will find a great shopping center with a bakery, butcher, fishmonger, cheese shop, drugstore, and a large supermarket.

Amsterdam North is bustling with fun, hip, alternative, modern places to eat or go out.
