The space
Two beds for 2+2 people. The bed can be folded to the wall if you need more space. The couch can be opened for sleeping and closed for living. Two shelves with hangers and drawers are free to put your clothes in.

Fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to cook & bake. The dishwasher and washing+drying machine are integrated with the kitchen.

Villa Mokum is located in the middle of the new Amstelkwartier. This modern apartment complex won the Amsterdam Nieuwbouwprijs in 2016. The Amstelkwartier has a special location on the Amstel with the harbor and Park Somerlust, with nice and long sun in summer!
The environment is playfully divided with family homes, studios and apartments for starters, making it a meeting place for the entire neighborhood.
