The space
The classic steps lead up to the stately entrance with high ceilings and marble finishing. Access to the apartment at the rear.
Large entrance area, hall with toilet, the living room on the elevated ground floor has extremely high ceilings (4.30 meters), original beam ceilings, a movie theater and access to the cosy city garden.
The high-quality open plan kitchen is very large and includes various kitchen appliances (including a Quooker) and a sturdy stainless-steel worktop. All the kitchen appliances are made by Gaggenau.
The dining room is next to the kitchen; This charming room looks out onto the courtyard, which legally forms part of the apartment. A mezzanine has been added above the kitchen (standing height of approx. 1.90 m), which is currently being used as movie theater since a lot of our guests don't want to leave the apartment at all :)
