Lovely family home with garden near city centre

Charming stay in a green area in the trendy Noord district, a 10 minute walk + metro stop away from the city centre. Ideal for families or couples. Free parking available in walking distance.

Please note: in typical Amsterdam-style you share the house with our lovely, kid-friendly cat Génépi. He's mostly outside and doesn't require special care, aside from providing his cat dry food once a day. So please make sure you don't have an allergy or aversion against cats ;)

The space
The house (115m2) is 3-floors including a sunny garden attached to the kitchen and living room. It has 3 bedrooms, one bathroom with bath tub and separate shower, and 2 toilets.

We have one kingsize bed suited for 2 adults, a one-person bed, and a sofabed suited for 2 children or 1 adult.

For families with small children, we have a baby cot available on request. There's also a playpen in the living room.
