Flat of 95m2 a few steps away from Plein 40-45, located in New-West. The flat has a free parking and elevator to us, and with large balcony directed to the South-West.
Close to Sloterdijk station in 5 minutes by bus. Quick to reach the center, in 20 minutes by tram to be taken from plein 40-45 and the same time if you go by bike.
Optimal for a family with one child
The space
2 bedrooms, one is used as childcare room, the bedroom has a large double bed. The living room also has a double sofabed.
The bathroom has to be renovated, we removed the shower and a few tiles to make the space larger, it has a bath tube that is good for showering.
