A cozy and modern decorated apartment in the trendy neighbourhood Katendrecht. From the sunny roofterrace you've an amazing view over the skyline of Rotterdam. Near the house you've a basketballfield, soccerfield, skatepark and little beach where the kids can play. Further you easily walk to the SS Rotterdam, the Fenix Foodfactory and Hotel New York! You're in 10 minutes in the city center by bike or watertaxi. There is a busstop nearby.
The space
The house is spacious and light. De livingroom and full equipped kitchen with big island are in the same room.
On the first floor you'll find a bedroom with a comfortable kingsize bed and a room with a single bed (140 cm). The bathroom has a sink, shower and bath. The toilet is separate.
On the second floor there is another bedroom with a singlebed (200 cm) and a trundle. This one is shorter, so only for kids. There is another room where we can put an aerobed, that fits two adults. On this floor there's also
